Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) for a limited time during our grand opening. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS or contact us for assistance.
Products & Sizing
What materials do you use?
Our garments are made from premium organic cotton, ensuring both comfort and sustainability. Some items may include small percentages of polyester or elastane for durability and fit.
How do your sizes run?
Our sizes run true to standard US sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Check our detailed size guide for measurements.
Will my items shrink after washing?
Our organic cotton may shrink up to 3% after the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to minimize shrinkage and preserve the quality of your garments.
Are your designs screen printed or embroidered?
Most of our designs feature high-quality embroidery for durability and a premium feel. Some designs use eco-friendly screen printing. The technique is specified in each product description.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade, artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. We only offer exchanges for shipping errors on our part. See our full returns policy for details.
What qualifies for an exchange?
We only offer exchanges if we make a shipping error, such as sending the wrong item, incorrect size, damaged item, or manufacturing defect. All sales are otherwise final.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges are only available if we sent the wrong size from what you ordered. Please double-check sizing before ordering as we cannot accommodate preference changes.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my MOWA Art pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colors, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron on medium heat if needed, avoiding direct contact with any prints or embroidery.
Can I dry clean my items?
Dry cleaning is safe for our garments but not necessary. Regular machine washing following our care instructions will keep your items looking great for years.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required for checkout. You can place orders as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your information for faster future checkouts.
How often do you send newsletters?
We send newsletters about once a week with new arrivals, exclusive offers, and behind-the-scenes content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
