Our items are meticulously handcrafted with intensive labor and care. Due to the unique, artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges  under normal circumstances.

Each piece is created specifically for you, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. We encourage you to review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before ordering.

Shipping Error Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the rare event that we make a mistake during shipping, such as:

Wrong item shipped

Incorrect size sent (when size was specified correctly)

Item damaged during shipping

Manufacturing defect (quality issue)

Our team will review your case within 24 hours and provide a solution if we confirm the error was on our end.

Exchange Process

If approved, we'll provide return instructions and send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accommodate size or color preference changes after an order is placed.

Order carefully: Please double-check all specifications, measurements, and details before completing your purchase, as all sales are final except for shipping errors on our part.
